Questions
Everything worth asking.
If the answer you need is not here, email orders@tellymonstermyco.com and a person will reply.
That is the whole product. The bag arrives already made up and already fully colonised. You take it out of the box, put it somewhere out of direct sun, and leave it alone. There is nothing to mix, nothing to inject, nothing to sterilise and nothing to keep checking.
“Tek” is the word this hobby uses for a technique or procedure — the steps you would normally have to follow yourself. No-Tek means those steps are already done for you before the bag is sealed. There is no procedure left on your side.
No. No still air box, no pressure cooker, no flow hood, no scales, no syringes and no thermometer. If you own none of that, this bag was built for you.
Indoors, out of direct sunlight, somewhere with normal room temperature that you walk past often enough to enjoy looking at it. A shelf, a worktop or a spare table is perfect. It does not need a tent, a cupboard or a humidifier.
It varies with the temperature of your room. Somewhere warm moves faster, somewhere cool moves slower. Either way the waiting is passive — you are not doing anything during it.
The bag breathes through a 0.2 micron patch. It lets air move in and out while keeping everything else on the outside. That is the piece doing the work that would otherwise be your job, and it is why the bag can simply be left alone.
You do not need to, and leaving it sealed is the point. Every time a bag is opened it is exposed to whatever is in the room, which is exactly the risk this product removes.
No. There is one bag. We would rather make a single thing properly than list a wall of options that all need explaining.
Boxed upright with the filter patch clear, padded on all sides, and shipped in plain outer packaging with no branding on the outside of the box.
Photograph the box and the bag before you move anything and email orders@tellymonstermyco.com the same day it lands. Transit damage gets replaced.

Ask before you order rather than after. We would rather answer a question than take a return.
