No-Tek · One bag · Zero work
Set it down.
Forget about it.
The No-Tek Set And Forget Bag is a microscopy kit that arrives already made. No mixing, no sterilising, no procedure, no equipment. You put it on a shelf and leave it alone — that is the entire instruction manual.
The difference
Everything that is normally your job
is finished before it ships.
Most kits sell you a head start and leave the technique to you. This one has no technique left in it. Here is the honest comparison, counted in the only unit that matters.
The only thing we sell
No-Tek Set And Forget Bag
Sealed, breathing through a 0.2 micron patch, and fully colonised before it leaves us. There is one product on this site on purpose — no wall of options to read through, no decisions to get wrong.
| What arrives | One sealed bag, made up and ready |
|---|---|
| What you do | Put it down, out of direct sun |
| Equipment needed | None |
| Filtration | 0.2 micron patch |

What you actually do
Three things, and two of them are waiting.
Open the box
Lift the bag out and stand it upright. Leave the seal alone — it is not a step you have missed, it is the product working.
Put it somewhere
Room temperature, out of direct sunlight, wherever you will actually see it. A shelf is perfect. It does not need a tent or a humidifier.
Forget about it
This is the whole product name and it is meant literally. No checking, no misting, no opening, no adjusting. Walk past it now and then.
You did not do this.
That is not a criticism, it is the selling point. Every procedure that would normally sit between you and this photograph has already been carried out, under conditions you do not have at home, before the bag was sealed.
What is left on your side is a shelf and some patience.
The full breakdownQuestions
The ones everybody asks.
That is the whole product. The bag arrives already made up and already fully colonised. You take it out of the box, put it somewhere out of direct sun, and leave it alone. There is nothing to mix, nothing to inject, nothing to sterilise and nothing to keep checking.
“Tek” is the word this hobby uses for a technique or procedure — the steps you would normally have to follow yourself. No-Tek means those steps are already done for you before the bag is sealed. There is no procedure left on your side.
No. No still air box, no pressure cooker, no flow hood, no scales, no syringes and no thermometer. If you own none of that, this bag was built for you.
Indoors, out of direct sunlight, somewhere with normal room temperature that you walk past often enough to enjoy looking at it. A shelf, a worktop or a spare table is perfect. It does not need a tent, a cupboard or a humidifier.
It varies with the temperature of your room. Somewhere warm moves faster, somewhere cool moves slower. Either way the waiting is passive — you are not doing anything during it.
